Are prices locked in after booking?

Yes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise fees added after the visit.

What's the 10% service fee?

TOOF charges a 10% platform fee on each visit to cover payment processing, insurance, GPS tracking, and support. This is shown clearly before you confirm any booking.

When am I charged?

You add a payment method at booking but are only charged after each visit is completed. For overnight stays, payment is collected at the start of each night.

Can I tip my sitter?

Yes — from the app after any visit. Tips go 100% to your sitter. We take nothing.
